Stephanie was very professional and responsive. I've worked with other realtors and it definitely shows that she know her stuff. We had a large list of things we thought we needed to do before selling our house but Stephanie broke it down and prioritized the important things. It worked! We ended up   getting ten offers and some well above asking price. She also hires a professional photographer which really made our listing stand out, making it number one listing on zillow for houses in that area the first weekend it was up. Stephanie was my buyer's agent for my first duplex purchase in Bremerton, and I'll definitely be using her services for the next one, also! Since I chose to use my VA loan guarantee for this purchase, there were some "challenges" associated with the VA process and this property. Stephanie did an  amazing job keeping communication clear and open between all parties. She was very persistent on my behalf to get things moving when they stalled. There were significant delays in closing, due to factors beyond our control. As such, I was spending a significant amount of money living in hotels. Stephanie managed to negotiate occupancy two weeks prior to actual closing for me, saving me a ton of cash. I would highly recommend Stephanie to anybody looking to buy or sell a home!

Couldn’t of asked for a better Realtor. I would definitely recommend her to others. Lee Ann has been great with helping us sell our home! My husband and I needed to sell our home as soon as possible due to moving out of state. Lee Ann got the ball rolling quickly and made wonderful recommendations with the staging and photographer. We had a few bumps but Lee Ann was able to smooth   it out and help reassure everything was going as planned. She helped us a great deal in easing the stress. We absolutely recommend her!
